SHIPPING POLICY
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
Australia wide shipping is available, rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping location + weight of items in order.
Please note, at this time, items are dispatched twice weekly. Our main courier partner is Australia Post and you will receive shipping updates via Shippit.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International shipping will be available again soon, stay tuned.
INSTORE PICKUP
All orders are now available for pick up at our Palm Beach store.
Once your order is placed, we will prepare your items and send an email when they are ready for pick up.
DISPATCH
At this time, orders are usually dispatched on Monday and Thursday. This is subject to change and depending on order volume. We aim to have your items picked, packed and ready for courier collection within three days of order placement. Therefore packages are typically delivered within 5-10 days.
Once your order has been dispatched to our shipping partners, it’s progress becomes their responsibility - please allow for possible delays during the shipping process.
CHANGING ORDERS
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. However, if you realise you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please email us asap at home@theboathousegroup.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
